Can't download on Internet explorer?

When I try to download I get this (HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden

Ye i agree with the above, firefox is much better
2 reasons!

1) you've got ie7 which at the moment isn't fully compatible with all web sites

2) the page (i think this is correct) no longer exists or the servers down

i only know this as i phoned a company recently to ask why i couldn't pay online as the page had anerror and they said it was as i used ie7!
