Having trouble with my internet explorer?

can someone please help..for example when im goin to send emails out and i go to add addresses i get an error message and internet explorer shuts down i lose all my sites...thats not the only place that does it ...its gettin very annoyin..is there a way i can fix it? i tried lookin at the site but i couldnt get any usefull information. i downloaded a few explorer fixes but they all have to be purchessed alittle scared to buy them and they dont work.

try this.

go to mozilla.com and download firefox. you just click the green box that says download firefox free and follow the simple instructions to download and install firefox. when you get to the part where it's asking you to import settings from internet explorer, choose DO NOT IMPORT ANYTHING.

once the installation is complete, try so send email using firefox.

there can be lots of reasons why it closes, i did a quick search at http://support.microsoft.com/ for you, but there are so many reasons....go to the site and try typing different versions of what happens...ie Internet explorer closes, and include any error numbers you get....

i have this problem too,but mine wont let me add the addresses the box just disapears HELP and its yahoo mail.
The guy above me is right. Use Firefox. I have had far fewer problems with it that Internet Explorer. If you are a nerd like me, you realize that it is a lot better, safer, faster, and you can make it easier to use.
