Get a popup blocker
By using mozilla instead.
IE sucks, try firefox or netscape instead
whats the error, whats the pop up? typ the error into the search box here: www,microsoft.com
if you already have pop up blocker, try AdAware. sounds like an ad attempt or spyware, even a virus.
Write down the error, then go to http://support.microsoft.com/Default.asp...

Then put the error message in the KB search box..

They will give you a list of possible solutions as to "why" you're getting this error message and how to fix it...
