Internet explorer erratic operation?

Internet explorer has been acting up errors of need to close and now can not click on link in e-mail and go to that location. Displays word ERROR at bottom of window. Also cont popup errors and even if I respond to allow it still cont to block everythingl have even put sites as trusted in Browser to no avail.

Explore does not allow downloading again with explorer 7 provided by yahoo as long as copy on computer.

Any ides outside of using another browser. Have Netscape running to ask this question and have had no problems with Netscape running on computer

Try to repair windows install or download and install Internet Explorer 7 from windows update
