My internet explorer keeps showing application error what should i do?

I've had this happen to me before. It happens alot with Adware, Viruses and some plug-ins. I would download Firefox (another webbrowser) and use that instead of IE. Your going to have to download it on another machine and transfer the files to you box. Install it and you should have access to the web just like IE. The URL is
