Why does my internet explorer come up but then an error pops up?

when i click on the internet explorer icon it pops up then trys to go to the homepage but then an error pops up. The error says that it has to close and has dont send or send at the bottom

sounds like error reporting, did you send it? ms normally gives some hint. could be a conflict, when did it start, remove any software around the time it started. run check disk, might help.
